NHS Constitution

The NHS Constitution for England sets out rights for patients, public and staff. The CCG is required by law to take account of it in any decisions or actions taken.

NHS England has also recently approved changes to the CCG's own Constitution. The most recent version of the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough CCG Constitution reflects the 2017 realignment of the CCG into its new structures and the formal disbanding of Local Commissioning Groups (LCGs).
