Survey: Patient experience through cancer care journey
Stuti Mukherjee & Oliver Stovin, Joint GP Clinical Lead for Cancer & Macmillan GP, would be grateful if you could complete their survey with 2 simple questions http://survey.sqw.co.uk/s/GeneralPractitioner/. It will genuinely only take 60 seconds.
It is part of ongoing work to improve the patient experience during a patient's cancer care journey. The project gives cancer patients access to information and services, without creating additional pressures on Primary care.
The survey will remain open until 30 March. Participation is voluntary and we will not identify you in any reporting.
Thank you in anticipation of your help.
